      I used Essis and Sons, based upon a friend recommendation. First off, I am disappointed with the quality and durability of the carpet that was sold initially. It is not stain resistant and after a year has shown significant wear. There are two of us in the house.When we contracted with ****, she assured us that there would be a "team" to come and remove and install the carpet. There was one man who was expected to move furniture, remove old carpeting and install new carpeting. He worked for 5 days, and I assisted him with removal and storage of new carpet, due to rain. He started at 10 am and worked until 7-8pm. When I reached out to **** to inquire if more help would be added, she assured me that there would be. No one else showed up, except this poor individual.I would never recommend this carpet company,
