    Took our car there for a repair estimate in December 2022. Made an appointment to bring the car in February 27, 2023. Dropped it off that day and was told work would be completed and ready for pick up in 8 days. The car was just finished today, April 12th. That is 46 days total - approximately 6 times as long as they promised. There was no apologies or compensation for the extra time and cost to us. Of note: they do not offer any courtesy cars while doing repairs — I think we can clearly see why. They know their timeline is false from the beginning.
