    I hired ZC Willis Heating and Cooling to install a heating and cooling system work for a new home in southwestern PA in November of 2022. It is now January of 2024, after more than a year and in spite of countless promises to complete the project, **** can't seem to make it happen. Fortunately, there is a contract which clearly states what was to be included as well as more than 200 texts between me and ****. A large number of those texts were from ****, stating, he would have his crew install materials or equipment. However, far more often than not, no one would show up. ****'s lack of professionalism and inability to complete the project in a timely manner left me no choice but to call another heating and cooling contractor. The new contractor compiled a long list of poor workmanship, code violations and improper HVAC system design. Additionally, since the system does not work properly my wood floors and cabinetry have been adversely affected and will need to be replaced. I plan to sue ZC Willis Heating and Cooling for breach of contract, loss of use, damage wood flooring, damaged cabinetry, court costs, and legal fees.
