      There is no notice of increase, the bill just is just increased without notice. We no longer have a choice for a different company in the area, and vogel is taking advantage of a monopoly since they have acquired the smaller garbage companies in the area.

      Hello,

      In reference to this claim, first this was a customer that we had acquired from another company.  We kept all customers at the rate they were at for over a year which was extremely low.  We did not increase any of those customer until a year later of which we do notify the customers on the bill that there has been an increase.  Each year we evaluate and may increase at that time.  The service level that this customer is actually on is something we don't even offer but have kept the customers that were at this service the same.  We can do a rate increase & again the customers are notified on the bill when we do that.

      My garbage is not picked up at least two or three times a month. I have to call them numerous times to get any action. I also thought garbage and recycling was kept separate, not with Vogel. They dump it all in the back of the same truck.

      Hello,

      There has been an issue with this street being blocked off due to construction the last few months.  We were unable to get down the road only certain times per the crew working on it.  We sent someone back daily to check to see if we were able to get down to service our customers.  

      We don't combine the trash/recycle, we have a truck for each.

      We were told the construction has been completed & we should be able to resume to provide service weekly to our customers & every other week recycling service.

      Hello,

      This is in response to the above case #.

      The customer states that the service is inconsistent,  reviewing the account it seems that there is an issue with the street being blocked for several weeks making it unable for us to get the trash picked up.  There were also occasions where there were cones blocking off the road.  

      Each time the customer did call in letting us know that we did return the next day to get their container emptied.  This is an issue that is not in the customer nor our control when people park their vehicles making is impossible to get a truck down it to service customers.

      Unfortunately, this customer has cancelled their service with.

      We are sorry for the inconvenience this caused the customer, but do try to get the issues resolved.
