    Workmanship is not good. I don't care if about the 5 years warranty. A roof should last 10 to 15 years I did what they wanted to do was send my Shingle to the warranty company. They replied back it was the company who put them on. I had another company that look at it poor Workmanship. And they want me to pay them for the work that should of be completed in the first place.

    I am very sorry for the trouble you are having ***************. Your roof was put on in 2017, and we no longer use the shingles that were used on your roof because we had alot of problems with them. When you contacted us you were outside of that 5 your workmanship warranty and we offer a discounted rate to our prior customers to come and review the situation, you unfortunately declined those offers multiple times.

    I would give Rain ******************************** *********************************************** October 2022. We were BLESSED **** from rain remodeling was driving pass our area when I called them to send someone out to give us an estimate. within hours **** arrived. **** walked around our property taking pictures showing us all the damage that we actually had and we didn't notice everything. Our roof on our home is 7 sections and different heights, our barn/garage roof is metal, We had holes through our vinyl siding, dents everywhere in our metal siding, gutters, downspouts, loss 8 skylights, 3 ******** windows, french doors, deck railing & our list keeps going. My *********** just built our home to retire in. So We're older, and now scared. **** assured us his company Rain Roofing has a large crew to help us put our home back together. WE WERE SO BLESSED **** stopped and we signed a contract and PRAYED he was able to do all this work. His crew was here every day till the work was done. This large crew of contractors//workers are so DEDICATED & Caring about EVERY detail of our repairs.. The *** IS SHINNING and our home is back together again. SO BLESSED OUR FAMILY found **** and Rain ********************************. SO BLESSED he was driving through our area.. SO BLESSED it was **** that cares so much about the quality of work that they do. and his workers DO TAKE PRIDE IN EVERYTHING they did for us. 10 stars is what we give **** and RAIN REMODELING
