Very great company. We have bought from them for years. You can find very good deals with them. You will never regret buying from them. You will never need customer service because they are good at what they do. Sold a doa oven to our nonprofit knowing it wasn't working then refused any credit or anything at all stating it's an auction where they say they test and trusted them but when politely asked multiple times they refused any support or even a portion of a refund. This is very unfortunate as we are trying to serve veterans and elderly and expected at least a partial refund if anything. The also showed two different serial numbers on the unit and used different units pictures so it was deceiving and when questioned they again said it's an auction and can't do anything. False advertisement is not acceptable yet they're doing nothing. So sad as we have very little money and we're all 100% volunteers giving back and this is not something we can afford and now has to go buy another unit elsewhere to feed our people in this struggling economy. Very sad and heartbreaking to be treated this way especially to veterans and elderly.PCI Auctions East Coast, LLC

This was the first time working with Pci Auctions East Coast. The bidding process was simple and fairly straight forward. However, at the close of the auction, I checked my account for an invoice. it hadn't processed yet. The next day at noon i checked my email to look for an invoice. I found it (timed stamped approx. 10 am that morning) and it stated that i needed to pick up the items between 10-3 that day. I arrived 90 seconds after 3 pm and no one was around to help load my items. i've reached out via email and phone and no one has responded to my communication. i'm very disappointed with the inability to communicate and find a time to pick up my equipment. I didn't realized the pickup time was so short and immediate after the auction closed. I hadn't read pickup times anywhere during the auction process.PCI Auctions East Coast, LLC

I purchased a few pieces of equipment from them on auction. There was only a single item that was listed as not in full working order (a prep table), but it was stated that it was able to turn on, just would not get cold. When I received the items, the prep table had fully burnt out electronics, and the other pallet had been packed with a dishwasher on top of all of the other items, including coffee carafes, an espresso machine, a flat grill and countertop burners, which caused damage to the espresso machine and carafes and had not been properly emptied, so dumped water on the other items causing rust buildup on the metal equipment. When I reached out to the company, it took over a month for them to finally get me an actual response about the damage, and they told me that because the driver for the shipping company left without allowing me to check the equipment, there was nothing they could do, as there was no proof that they caused the damage, even though the damage was caused by improperly packaging the equipment.PCI Auctions East Coast, LLC

Upon hearing from you that the items were damaged, our team worked to file a claim with the shipping company on your behalf. After looking into your order, the shipping company responded that there was no claim of damage upon delivery of shipment, which is required.
