BOOKING FEE: InnerView Ultrasound charges a non-refundable $50.00 booking fee at the time your appointment is created. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, HSA/FSA, and debit cards. The amount of this booking fee will be credited to the price of your scheduled session, and you will be responsible for the balance at the time of your appointment.

RESCHEDULES: If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment for any reason, we ask that you please give us a minimum notice of 48 hours. Reschedules and cancellations must be made directly by phone. We cannot guarantee the reliability of email, and we want to ensure that we receive and properly process your request. If the minimum 48-hours notice is provided for a rescheduled appointment, the booking fee will be transferred and credited to the newly created appointment. A client will completely forfeit the booking fee if an appointment is rescheduled with less than 48-hours prior to the original scheduled appointment.

NO SHOW: InnerView Ultrasound reserves the right to charge the full package price (as well as any incurred billing agency or administrative fees) for any client who fails their scheduled appointment without providing prior notification. The booking fee will be forfeited, and the client will be responsible for the balance.
