      My initial contact was with **** in sales. I wanted a home warranty program for the appliances in my home. The scam was on the replacement issue. **** on two occasions stated they would repair or replace the appliance for a service call of $60.00. I specifically asked if this was a full coverage replacement cost if not repairable, not depreciated. He stated twice YES. Upon a service call for my dishwasher, they could not repair it and they said they would give me $150 for the replacement, upon submission of a paid invoice. I argued the point, specifically with ****** upon escalation. She said YES they would cover the full cost and put me on hold then came back and said the best she could do was $300. Their bases is section 8.1 of the contract which does state $150.00. I had not been told nor received the contract until after I paid 3 years for a warranty. Three times I was lied to (scammed) with the statement of full cost replacement coverage. As a result I am out $1213.90 if in fact I receive the $300.--Just now I received my claim form and they have reduced it back to $150
