  Do not use this company. It is run by a criminal plumber who is out to scam, gaslight, and push you into taking his service. Initially, I called for advice, instead the contractor came out because he was around the corner. The valve that controls the toilet water supply was faulty and I could not find the valve for the main water supply in my basement. He insisted on fixing the toilet pointing out things that were not wrong. I told him you can fix the valve but everything else I can do on my own. From there he created an invoice for ******. I questioned it as he was working and he got upset, saying "Well why did ask me to come?" Because the job took only 5 minutes for him, he was already done with the service before I declined. I told him I was not paying for this and he threatened me with sending the incomplete DECLINED invoice to collections. This past month I had another plumber stop by about a leaking ceiling. He checked out the same toilet above and saw that the valve the other plumber replaced was crappy. He fixed it for FREE! Also, I found out that Precision Plus goes around with other names. Because their reviews are so BAD, the plumber changes the name and business to start over with a 5-star rating. His rating was 4.7 others were 1 star.So remember I said I declined the invoice, the plumber changed my decision by marking the invoice as approved! If I'm not mistaken this is forgery!

  I should have checked reviews! They overcharged me to install a bathroom vanity, did a messy job cutting into the wall and left me with minimal water pressure. They attempted to provide remediation services for a flood without proper materials (didn't seek to do an asbestos testing) and were rather rude and pushy.

  First, they were 8hrs LATE. I was told $59 to come out and that would be deducted if any work was done. So in the middle of checking the leak by spraying soap on the pipe he took a 20min business call in my home on my time. There was no gas leak detected so he decided to charged me $149.00 for coming out to check. I said well you said it would be $59 and he got highly aggressive saying he just did work by checking for a leak. He called spraying soap solution on a pipe to detect a leak work. I did not get a written estimate or notification up front of this work he charged me for!!! I got scammed aggressively. Very disappointing and I could not sleep. I should have listened to the vibes I got from the initial call and found someone else because the Ancestors don't lie!!! Can't trust these websites. Also, after he was paid I asked if my pipes were good and he said , " the important thing is there is no leak" very unprofessional!!!

  I should have contacted the BBB before signing a contract with Precision Plus Plumbing. The company overcharged me for the removal and installation of a home heating system.
