      For 15 years there was no issue, but apparently new owners have no idea how to handle a business. In 2018, after weeks of them not picking up my trash, I called just to have a lady yell at me because it was my fault she couldn't tell me how she will ensure my trash is picked up. So I fired them. I no longer pay them. Haven't paid them in 5 years! But they pick up my trash, in 2023! Not sure how long it has been happening because I didn't always work from home, but now I see them stop weekly, even when our bin is empty. I sent an email that I'd be happy to fire my current sanitation provider if Shank's would like to keep coming for free, as I haven't paid them in 5 years. The response was that it would be taken care of. 3 months later, they are still coming. I don't blame the truck employees, I blame the office. Why is my address still on any of their paperwork?

      Had them for years and sometimes they didn't show up for weeks,, even after calling them and letting them know it wasn't picked up. I was paying for a service that I wasn't receiving.I was told the driver didn't know the route . I canceled and was told since they picked up my trash one time I was required to pay a full month. They wanted 29.00 for one pick up. I was told that was their policy. Yet they won't give you a copy of this policy and its not on line either. Finally they said if I pay over the phone, they will cut my bill in half. I paid the 14.50 for one pick up. Also, after I called and canceled, they sent me a bill for 86.00. For full quarter of service. They are hard to deal with and like I said. They won't give you the policy in writing
