      On 6/5/23 carney all seasons came to my house no A/C working .Service call was $99.00, after looking at my heat pump, he said it was a bad sequencer and it would $472.00 to replace the part .On 6/13/23 carneys all seasons came back to my house to replace the sequencer ,after they left my A/C still did now work even after I paid them, then we proceed to call another HVAC company ,after there evaluation all the parts on my 2006 rudd heat pump was all original nothing was replace , we called carneys all seasons for a refund of $472.00 they said only refund we would get only if they installed a new heat pump system in my house. STILL NO REUND FOR A PART THAT THEY DID NOT REPLACE.

      Hello- we are so sorry if you were not happy with the service provided. We would be happy to discuss this again at anytime. As discussed previously, the sequencer was replaced as quoted at which time additional repairs were determined to be necessary (specifically the control board). At this point we offered to either quote the additional repair, or credit the amount already paid toward replacement being that the unit was beyond expected life (as mentioned at first diagnostic). All work quoted and paid for has been completed so a refund is not appropriate. We’d be happy to discuss this further so please call us anytime- we wish you nothing but the best and good luck with your HVAC contractor of choice.

      Once again--many thanks for the wonderful technicians from Carney All Care! KEITH came out to inspect our A/C unit and it couldn't have gone smoother. He was timely, knowledgeable and personable. We moved recently and it was nice to know Carney All Care was able to "move" with us. So glad we have a HVAC company we trust!

      -Left over a weekend without heat on first floor, while we have a 4 month old in the house. They gave us electric heaters and I was not compensated for the electricity it cost me. -Signed proposal assuming 0% loan, was pressured and mislead into 10% loan. They literally have billboards with 0% for 72 months yet according to the salesman, less and less people are being approved for it. -Lisa the office scheduler told me to apply multiple times for 0% loan then advised that I dont make enough to be approved, which turned out to not be true some weeks later when I received letter from wells fargo, which was too late at that point. She also put the job on hold at one point and gave no direction to work out financing. -Tim the salesman (who is also in charge of financing) was helpful and responsive until the second the company received their money from the install,  even though there was ongoing issues constantly,  then he ignores you completely and does not advocate for you.  He knew the full extent of all my issues yet continued to ignore me and not pass the info along. -Cut a hole in my bathroom floor to install a vent, there was wood work in the way below so they couldnt install it and just slapped a piece of wood to cover the hole. Now have a hole with plywood in it in the middle of my tile bathroom floor. -Nick the install supervisor will apologize his way out of anything when his company should actively be compensating someone for the money they cost someone -2 day install ended up taking 4 plus 2 days of weekend without heat, so 6 days -Did not close dampers on vents that needed to be closed. Did not seal some gaps where tubes and wires were installed,  including one that went outside -Last day of install the tech entered the basement without knocking or anything and began working -New system is supposed to perform 100% down to -4° yet it was 15° and it was blowing out barely warm air and the room temp was 59°

      We're so sorry to hear you're unhappy with our service- we always want to deliver the very best experience and so sorry if you feel we fell short. As for the financing- I know we've discussed this offline, but while 0% is available, it's based on individual credit qualifications and approval is not something we can control. As for your other concerns, I know we have discussed this at length but would be happy to clarify or answer any concerns you may have.       If this is the owner, we absolutely have no discussed everything at length. I talked to the owner for all of about 5 minutes. During the install I constantly had these problems of which I voiced to Tim and told him perhaps I should talk to someone higher up so these issues are fixed in the future. That never went anywhere. In the end I was compensated with a backup heat for my system which I should have never been sold a system without, to appease me for all the wrongdoing and all those involved have learned nothing. Anyone I did speak to at length at your company did nothing about it and merely apologized vaguely or vanished into the haze like Tim did.

      While we appreciate the quick response and resolution by the Carney technician, we were not happy that he had to return within 2 hours of installing our new hot water heater because he did not solder the pipe properly and we had water leaking within an hour after he left. I called the answering service who informed us that no one would be available until the next day, but the tech did call us after we left the information with the answering service, and to his credit, did return and fix the leaking pipe. Also, I asked for an itemized bill: to me, that means a breakdown between the parts installed and the labor to install them. The technician could not supply that breakdown, so my husband called today, and he was told that it's not their policy to provide a break-down of the costs. I don't get that. When you take your car for repairs, they show you the cost of the parts and then the cost of the labor. That is typically how an invoice is prepared. This practice baffles me and we are disappointed that it's not their business practice to provide a detailed invoice. This is our first experience with Carney, since they just merged with All Seasons.

As far as a breakdown in pricing, that is not something that we offer. All pricing is given up front to the customer and accepted before any work is completed.       Luke S. performed my semi-annual HVAC/heating check this time. He's been here before as Carney has a terrific history of retaining their employees who I've found to be highly skilled, knowledgeable and efficient! Luke S. is exactly that, highly skilled and explains what he has done and the condition of the HVAC equipment.       Luke S came out to perform our semi-annual check up with the Carney Care contract. He inspected our heating unit/furnace and said all is well! He arrived on time, was polite and competent as are all Carney employees. We can always count on great service when dealing with Carney and Luke delivered just that. Keep up the good work!
