    I have NEVER been treated like I just was!! Did I come back with a little too much attitude, maybe, well yes. But to be told she is going to "make up" fake "service charges" so I'm not entitled to a refund. They made a delivery that I had prepaid for. Liheap paid so .y benefit and I paid 69.99 to bring it to am even # of gallons. When they made the delivery, it would all not fit so my husband at my bequest inquired with the driver about a refund. It was the owner. He said "just leave it on your account, then when you need a delivery again." Husband then had to call next day cuz they broke my animated snowman pathway lights. Again spoke to owner who said there suddenly was "service charges" for not being able to deliver all the fuel!!! What??? So he would waive that cuz he broke my lights. Ok whatever. Scam. Husband again inquired about a refund as we knew our current housing situation was temporary and we wouldn't need more fuel. Again said just wait til you move to be sure. Its December dude I could have used that $70. I call today about a refund and the woman tells me in a smart ass voice "we can't return money to you paid by Liheap" I came back with "I am aware of that, I'm not retarded" ( I'm sorry not my shining moment but I keep it real and wanted to give and honest review) as I'm moving and sick of customer service reps who are supposed to help me being ignorant. And from that point she started screaming, and as I was in a car, we lost connection. Called back in a few minutes when I got service and she wouldn't answer so I left a message. She ignored it til I said I was coming into the office. She picked up in the middle of me saying "you will return my money " and we had and exchange where she said now there were service charges on the account???ummm for what???? She don't know how petty I am and how much time I have on my hands. Whether I have to go as far as civil court, I will get my money back Lady.

    This person was completely unhinged. She was cursing and swearing at the office manager. Her personal CC payment was refunded to the CC that the payment was made on, and the LIHEAP money left on her account was sent back to the PA LIHEAP program. People like that you just can't satisfy no matter what. We are a 90 year old company with great customer service. We take great pride in that. Have a nice day everyone!
