I am so happy we chose **** to replace our air conditioners. The salesman was very detailed and took his time to explain our options. It was a 2 day job and the technicians were prompt, knowledgeable, friendly and answered any questions and explained how to use our new thermostat. The team of two that replaced our furbace was on time, courteous, professional, and effective. They did what appears to be an excellent job. The original technician, ******, showed us why our furnace died, and options for fixing the problem. Within 24 hrs, ***** and **** were in our basement and stayed until they got the job done. Our furnace broke in the middle of January. My 90 yr old mother in law lives with us. WADE HEATING/COOLING was the first company to get back to us. They came out to check out furnace. Wade is a great company. Prompt response to come to our house to discuss our heating and cooling needs. The sales rep was very knowledgeable and gave us a detailed estimate with options to meet our budget. The contractors came as scheduled to do the work. Every step of the process was excellent. It was easy to schedule an appointment with the estimator, ****, and he was knowledgeable, honest, and provided multiple options. The installers, ***** and *****, arrived on time and prepared to work. They went out of their way to respect my property, kept me informed, and completed well ahead of schedule. The price was fair and I am now enjoying AC again. I had a new compressor and coil installed.

I can highly recommend Wade Heating & Cooling from past experience and once again for their high level of service when they installed my new air conditioner. From sales representative to service technician, **** consistently provides quality customer service, beginning with assistance in selecting the appropriate unit to installation and follow up after the job was completed. ******, ***** and **** are exemplary employees who provided superior service and even remedied a problem created by *************** and Heating some time ago. Once the job was accomplished, my sales representative followed up with a courtesy phone call to be sure I was completely satisfied. The installers (***** and ****) were professional and pleasant. The installation of the ** unit and follow up installation of a plastic drain pan were completed expeditiously . ***** and **** and *********************** were very helpful and informative during the entire process.We had dealt with **** and ****** the prior year for purchase and installation of our new furnace.A good experience and a reliable company.Wade Heating & Cooling
