    I needed tile installed in my kitchen, which was completely empty and ripped down to the subfloor. The tile needed to transition nicely between pre-finished hardwood flooring in two sides and be as level and smooth as possible. Echoing another reviewer, he overstated his ability and his service agreement. Some of the tiles are very uneven and the grout is cracking and pin holing. He said a few times, “I stand behind my work so if anything goes wrong give me a call.” Don’t listen to him. He is lying. He will ghost you. I’ve sent him numerous texts with photos showing the issues with zero responses. He also took a bag of thinset I personally paid for without leaving money for it. I texted him several times and he only started responding after I threatened legal action since he basically stole from me. Do not hire Spagnolo Tile. You will be taken advantage of.

    We hired Mike to install a completely marble tile bathroom and to be frank everything he installed was done incorrectly. While we are trying to salvage the floor we literally had to rip out a shower that he partially completed because the manufacturer stated it did not meet industry standards. I would not hire Mike again as he overstated his ability and either did not know how to do the work or chose to take shortcuts. We had to buy the tile again and hire a second contractor to do it over. I trusted him and it cost me thousands of dollars.

    I highly recommend going with Spagnola tile for all your bathroom and kitchen needs. They're efficient, clean and they have an extremely good eye for design and style. Flexible and considerate of your time. Thanks again Mike
