  I signed contract with owner *********************** of Spray Foam Insulators on 10/04/2022 to I insulate my home ceilings cost $3,950.43 and exterior walls cost $3,788.90. A down payment of $3,800 was made payable by check on 10/19/2022, the 1st day of ceiling insulation (Kitchen and Dining Room). They also made a huge gaping hole 3ft x 2 ft in the back bedroom to fill insulation. Several weeks passed with calling for the job to be completed with little or no response from contractor. On 11/21/2022 the contractor made about 30 holes in my living room vaulted ceiling and 2 holes in my mater bedroom to complete the insulation. Since 11/21/2022 I made several attempts to have the contractor come out and fill all holes, spackle and paint to repair the ceilings. This is part of the contract. All repairs and cleanup were to be done by the contractor as per the signed contract. The contractor never came out to repair my ceilings and I had to hire another contractor to complete the job. I had to pay $3,200 to the new contractor to finish the repair 1 week before Christmas. Since then, I have asked *********************** to reimburse me via emails and he refuses to say that he will. *** will not respond to any of my emails and calls. I have not been reimbursed. Amount Paid $3,800 Commitment was Spray form insulation with clean up and all repairs and painting I have copies of the Cashed Check, Signed contracts, photos of the ceilings and email correspondence between *********************** and myself from Sep-Dec 2022

  Dear ******** *******  
   To response of the complaint by **** ******* this was two separate contracts.  That were done for the interior and exterior of the home. The exterior walls could not be  done because public records showed the house to be framed structure but it was block  walls. So our application could not be used and ** ******* was not charged for that. The  second was spray foam in the rafters of the accessible areas in her home and injection  foam for the cathedral ceiling. The work in question is the roof rafters and cathedral  ceiling. When you read the scope of work it does not mention any spackling or painting  to be done. I have a subcontractor that I use that is a brother sister team that do very good  work. I had sent them over to help *** ******* with the repairs unfortunately on the  scheduled date they had a family member that was killed in ********* and they both left  the country. Unable to communicate with them I couldn’t give *** ******* any answers  unfortunately. When they did return, we tried to reschedule with *** ******* but we  never received an answer.  
   *** ******* paid us 3800.00 the cost was 3950.43
