      First, I wish I had read the reviews before getting involved with them. I bought a 2008 truck from them 11/10 all fees paid and transported the truck home. I was told the title would be released to me once they get it?? So they sold a truck to me without having the title? I reviewed the paper work and after doing some research found that title pending 30 days on the truck bud page means they have 30 days to get the title from owner. This wasn’t clear to me on the bid site you had to dig to find this info. So I contacted ride safely car part to get more info. I was met with rude attitudes from both companies and no answer to my question. Only the run around and added timeframe. First it was as soon as you pay your fees, then 30 days, no 30 business days. Now it’s 30-45 business days. They keep pushing it back as to when I will get the title sent to me. This business is not some place I recommend using. My first time doing an auction and now I’m scarred for life. Out of money and have to wait to hopefully receive title. If not I will def be contacting my lawyer. If you like me and want to get into buying auction cars please find another place this place takes your money and forget about you.
