  High quality and good workmanship but extremely expensive. High pressure sales team. Couldn't cancel. Cost over $9000 for four 4'x2' windows. I found out later that I could have gotten it done for $2400 to $3200 from independent contractors. I am totally depressed because I am thrifty and frugal in all of my transactions. I only had 2 estimates. Always get three or call a friend for a third opinion before signing anything. I feel like I lost $6000. which we could have spent on a cruise. I'm 70 and retired. I hope and pray to enjoy the last days of my life and not be stupid in my major financial decisions in the future.

  Won't let us cancel. We informed them in the beginning we could not have the project started if we could not remove the solar panels. We let them know there was a problem shortly after thar we had to cancel. They ordered the siding instead and want to charge a 33% stocking fee.

  Total fraud. Price was quoted at $200 per month. No higher. Turned out my price after the roof was installed was $300 per month. Told salesman I couldnt afford anything over $200. Says he cant do a thing abt it. The roof was put on before I could see financial papers. Very angry.

  Aspen Home Improvement contracted with us to install a new storm door on 3/18/23, for a price of $2,500. The salesman represented this to be a custom made, top of the line Provia Deluxe storm door. It was represented to be a security door with special glass that would not permit heat to transfer through the glass. We verified these features with the staff several times.
  
  There were several delays and the door was finally installed 7/11/23. With each delay the company would try to appease us by sending some Dunkin donuts, and a cup of coffee and cup of tea. The door quality is extremely poor. The single pane glass is extremely thin. The glass fastener clips can easily be removed and compromise security and aesthetics. The door is lightweight and flimsy and provides little security and the heat build up is so intense on a sunny day that the door is difficult to touch and open. The safety chain does not function properly. When the storm door is fully open, it catches onto the top of the door and prevents the door from closing. The storm door screen insert is very flimsy. We were told by the installer to sign a form at completion, complete payment and an Aspen Company representative would visit and do a final inspection to address our concerns. This was part of the initial agreement. After door installation, we called repeatedly and talked with several different staff persons. They all promised us a return call from the appropriate person but there was no follow through. Then they stopped answering the phone. We got no response from 3 registered letters sent to Aspen Home Improvement and to Prove Headquarters. We have a $2500 door which we have to replace because we tried to support a local business, that sold us an extremely inferior product and then ghosted us and did not provide us the customer service, which was in their contract.

  Aspen is GREAT!!! PA pricing in WV and MD.... I had my roof and windows done by them. Sales rep was very professional. LOVE my new windows... no temperature difference now. Keeps my AC in the house where it belongs no more heat coming in my kitchen. Would highly recommend them!!!
