"Able to recieve money but unable to pay/send money on zelle app as I get notice that says "unable to verify identity" ( while signed into my account on my own phone ). I try calling the zelle extention and end up waiting for respresentative forever wich an annoying recording saying "your call is important to us, please stay on the line for our next representative as we try to give all customers the time they need"." ...
