    I have been using this company for over 15 years. I have a subscription. The last time they came out to my home they checked my Air Conditioner unit and claimed there was a leak. They showed me some photos but I have no idea if those photos were even taken from my unit. They sent out a sales *** who was trying to sell me a whole new unit and wasn't very pleased that I told him I could not afford to pay with a plan that involved high interest .Meanwhile I reached out to a ***utable place for a second opinion. They came out and did a test and did not find a single thing wrong with my unit.I immediately reached out to cancel my subscription and had to make at least three calls to get something on writing that my plan was canceled. I'm still waiting to hear back from someone regarding my complaint.I now wonder over the years how many other items they convinced me to buy because they were not working. In fact I'm still paying off a new heating system which now I have doubts I really needed.I'm a single older women and I feel they took advantage of the fact that I know nothing about AC or Heating units. This is unacceptable,unethical and not good customer relations. I do not recommend ever using this company unless you want to be ripped off. I'm sorry I trusted them all these years and I regret that now.

    Plumbing service by their plumbing company Ben Franklin flooded our basement. They replaced our sewer line and the grading they did was not done properly. Called for over a year asking them to fix. The company never came and finally their grading work failed and flooded our entire basement. Ed their manager has admitted their work was bad and finally fixed it but they refuse to pay for the damages their work caused. They do not return phone calls and they continue to pass the buck. They do not live up to their guarantee promises and the work they did not do correctly caused over $11,000 in damages.
