      FIRST Observation - I see 2 complaints listed here for 2021 & 2022 and still BBB or PA ********** or ****************** or HEALTH department would still let this place function and rent rooms for business -- Is there a process for **************** check, safety department checks ? I was slated to stay here on May 25 & 26, ******. The place looks deserted, parking lots worn out, Grass outgrown and place looking scary 2. The key card had warnings of "LOCK YOU DEADBOLT", "DO NOT OPEN DOORS IN THE ******* etc, etc 3. The room I was given stunk of "URINE" smell and the place was smelling AWFUL, carpets were were smoggy & dirty 4. The person at the reception (******* is what she identified as) was not helpful and in a 30 minute window - 3 guest returned their keys and walked out 5. The receptionist was directing us to call the booking company - whereas I had called done a direct booking but understand the ***** number listed on their website was a "Outsourced Booking firm" - Hence I was classified as a booking company customer (not direct)6. While I tried calling that firm - they tried to call the hotel for feedback and this firm would not "pick calls" - hence the loop is not completed by force (nobody picks the hotel phone)7. Another guest who had booked through EXPEDIA also could not get assistance as all the firms try reaching the front desk and this hotel will not pick calls I am writing to BBB and plan to send the same complaint to HEALTH department (PA and Federal), ************************ office, PA *************** and the media.If this place does not get pulled up -- more than the complaints seen here from 2021 onwards -- it is the "INEFFICIENCY" of the system, regulations, process and not the owners of the property who are scamming innocent guest seeking their FAKE pictures and artificial paid reviews constantly stating this is a a great place. I urge the AUTHORITIES - BBB, ****************** ****************** (they shame the county credibility)
