I made an appointment to have my alignment checked. I had recently had Good tire do an alignment on my vehicle about a month prior, but my tires started squealing soon after so I called back to have it checked. When I dropped it off for the appointment I asked if they might have time to change my ignition tumbler that was starting to catch (GM Jingle). I called later that day and was told that I had a $500 + bill and that my vehicle was disabled and they didnt do the alignment yet. The mechanic got on the phone to explain that he decided to drill out my ignition and ended up breaking the housing that they planned to charge me for. I asked why they didnt call me prior to taking a drill to my ignition? I would not have authorized that poor maintenance practice. Then when they ordered the ignition housing, they got the wrong one. After finally getting the correct housing in. They tried to use a tumbler that I provided and it wouldnt scan for programming. Once again the mechanic didnt give me a called to make me aware or go over options. He just decided to pick out and order the ignition of his choice on my dime. After a week of this my truck was finally done and I was provided a bill for over $700. It was terrible that I had to argue with the company to get them remove paying for the items they broke and hours they spent providing substandard workmanship. The bill was still much higher than I expected ($435), but I just wanted my truck back. After picking up my truck, I noticed metal shavings all over my dash, center console and and pile on my floor from when the drilled out my ignition. They didnt even clean up after themselves!This in not the first poor experience that I have had with this company, but I thought maybe it was a fluke. I will not use this company again, and will not recommend them to anyone that asks.

First off, I want to apologize again because this is not how we do business. This mechanic has been disciplined for his actions and explained how we expect business to be handled in the future.
