    Terrible customer service very inconsiderate. Person helping me should never be behind a counter in a business with an attitude issue with helping and answering questions in the moment. She continued to back talk me about wanting to print a copy for me for a recent reservation with a 25% deposit for a $650.00 cost to me for a 13 day charge for boarding. She kept telling me that she sent it and to print it out. I told her we could not get it to print. She continued to argue with me. Finally she printed to copy gave it to me and told me she sends ***** a day and has no issue. Ok, so I couldnt get it to print. All I did was ask for her to print a copy for me. Her excessive tone was not appropriate in the way she spoke to me. I told her I did not feel comfortable with her attitude that I would not be bringing my dog and to cancel my reservation and to credit my Deposit, she told me no and walked away. I left the desk area flabbergasted on how she was speaking to me. I cant believe that this is allowed or excepted when dealing with a customer that is leaving their dog in their care. A concerned pet owner!
