    I have been a customer of R&D Heating for 14 years, they do my annual preventative maintenance. I noticed the upstairs air conditioning was running all the time and was not able to cool the room as quickly as it did in the past. Jalen Gray came out and serviced the system, fully explaining everything he was doing, he added some freon and now the upstairs is cold. I have always been very happy with the service from R&D and have always recommended them. When ever I did have a question, Ann Bush (general manager finance) responded immediately. If you need help with your current system or looking to replace your old HVAC, you should call R&D

    I would like to pass on a very positive experience I had with R&D HVAC in Kennet Square, PA. Our heat pump failed after only 8 years, and R&D (not the original installer) went to bat for us with Lennox, the manufacturer. Lennox was very reluctant to honor their warranty; after weeks of back and forth dialogue with their nearly non-existent customer service they finally agreed to honor it, only to then rescind that the next day at a higher level. Despite not being a licensed Lennox dealer, Ann, the general manager at R&D, continued to work tirelessly for us, even during a period when their office was without power and computers. The issue was finally resolved after us going six weeks without air conditioning during the hottest 3-week heat spell in this area's history. I can only say that R&D's persistence and diplomacy finally got the job done and we are very grateful.

    This is the worst professional service experience I even had. A one man 15 mins job took the company a whole week ( Oct 5 – Oct 12, 2022) and countless phone calls to schedule, while I spent a lot of cold night and morning as my heater was out at that period. There is no credibility of its schedule service. One representative scheduled one appointment for next day, and no one showed up. A different representative denied the appointment even existed. Finally, general manager Ann scheduled an appointment again while persuade me to purchase the maintenance service. When I mentioned the promotion on the website (https://rdhvac.com/promotions, the promotion is still on the website as of today Oct. 16. 2022) ‘buy a gas furnace maintenance this year, get next year’s, entirely free’, she not only denied the promotion, but hanged up on me. There is not only no credibility of its manger to honor a promotion, but I cannot believe this is the way they are treating their customers, who desperately waiting to get the heater back in cold night. Eventually, a technician came and fix the issue, but charge me the full price of this service, while his manager Ann told me I don’t need to pay it as it’s covered by the warranty. This is so confusion that even the manger and her crew are not on the same page. I understand profit is the top priority of this company, but the cold truth of how it prioritizes profit over customers is beyond my imagination.
