    Called this place on 10-17-24 to make a nail appointment for my dogs. NEVER received a return call. Called again on 11-7-24 only to be told that they have been too busy to return my call in 24 days!!! (Had I not been assertive I'm thinking I'd STILL be waiting for a return call) The unprofessional owner picked up my call as I was LEAVING THE MESSAGE only because I informed that I will be reviewing her business (with the BBB, ********, Bizapedia, etc.). She scheduled my dogs for 10:30 this morning. I received a call 2 hours before the appointment that she had to cancel. This appears to be a theme if you see other reviews on ******** (***** ********** B). The girl wanted in writing, our conversation. Lucky for her I am a local clinician for 30 years & document IMPECCABLY. SHE THEN PROCEEDED TO HANG UP ON ME! If she treats the pet owners like this, I WOULD NOT ALLOW HER AROUND YOUR BELOVED PETS. Never any cars there although she says she is SO busy. Today's excuses included someone called off with Covid & the owner is now pregnant & can't handle big dogs. I would definitely NOT recommend as there are too many RED FLAGS. Her business will collapse under the weight of her own lack of organization and professionalism Phone calls need to be returned to build up a client base. DON'T GO HERE!
