"The owner of Hamm Automotive Inspected my vehicle Changed the oil and put on a new oil filter on 1/5/24 on 4/13/24 I noticed it was leaking oil I called and told his wife who makes appointments she gave me an appointment 5 days later Afraid to drive my car I called another Inspection place they took me in the next day The oil filter was terribly dented with a pin hole in it and no oil left I called Hamm Automotive and told her about the filter and losing all my oil his Wife tried to tell me basically I did something driving the car but to bring the filter in anyway but my husband won’t refund your money ($82.56 ) We took the filter down there and her husband looked at the dented filter and the pin hole but he couldn’t understand how it got so dented and a pin hole in it then he said he did the oil change 3 months ago so I guess after 3 months the filter automatically gets dented with a hole in it then he tried to put the blame on the Mechanic that I just came from saying he did that to the filter Him and his wife kept lying refusing to take any responsibility he said the filter wasn’t like that when he put it on!" ...
