    I was given a written contract to ship my car from ****** Fl to *********** ** for $800. I told them it had to be picked up by a certain day as i was moving. That day came and went, and was told they could not get anyone to ship the car. They called me and said i was in luck that they found someone to ship it but it would be $1,200. They knew my back was against the wall snd took advantage of it. Do not ever use these con artists. Classic bait and switch. I would like s refund of $400 but i know that wont happed

    This company wanted my business really bad; they told me everything I wanted to hear, but when it came time to provide results, they were not capable to do so. They require a deposit prior to having done anything. Their competition proved to me that they had posted my load at a much higher price than they told me, and I showed it to them. They said they could not find anyone after telling me they already had a driver lined up and he would call me after the deposit was made through Venmo. When confronted about it they said oh that driver waited too long and took another load and now we have to get more money which was about 75% higher than we agreed to, almost double. None the less, I gave them an extra day to find someone, and they never did although once again they promised they had one at a much larger amount (which I agreed to) and again they did not perform. They will not or at least at this point have not refunded my deposit.
