    Warhold was contacted as part of a home warranty claim and they sought to add additional charges to the service call that they claimed would be 'out of pocket' for me as the owner because the warranty wouldn't cover use of cameras to diagnose the problem (which is a flat out lie). When I asked why they were adding this charge to the visit the owner/manager **** emphasized that he would be using a sewage camera and getting that into the air system and that would be my problem to deal with. Firstly - this was an absolutely insane statement to make to a customer and demonstrated an extreme lack of professionalism. It also tells me that this company is apparently not maintaining or cleaning their equipment. The second thing our conversation brought to light is that this is an unethical attempt to add fees to calls and fleece customers and he did not appreciate that I noticed. This is slimy and gross business practices and I would not trust the workmanship of this company. I suggest taking your money elsewhere. It will be better spent

    ****** thank you very much for the review. We did not perform any work for this customer. He set up a warranty claim with his home warranty. We called customer that morning and scheduled his time. The job was sent to us as a no heat. When our tech was on his way, our tech reached out to the customer. The customer informed him at that time that another company was out and they wanted to open the ceiling to gain access. He stated his warranty wouldn't pay for it and its "bulls$it" and he wanted a camera ran down the registers. Our tech called the owner at that time and informed him. Tech called customer back and informed customer, we only have sewer cameras that are that long and warranty does not pay for us to run a camera. He quoted him a price to do so. This camera is a $20,000. Customer started to cuss out the tech how it should be free, so the tech hung up on him. Later customer calls the office speaks to the owner. Everything is gone back over again with customer , and again customer starts to cuss out the owner. How everything should be covered and how we should do the work even for free even if the warranty is not paying us. Customer then told us, not even to bother then started to cuss us out again. The owner hung up. Customer is uneducated of how his own home warranty's contract that he purchased works. He feels even thought there's a contract stating what is covered vs not that if he kicks and screams and cusses he will get his way. We would recommend customer in future not cuss people out when talking to them and also do his research on the contract that he signed, and he purchased with his warranty. We as a company will not do work for free, nor will we deal with someone cussing at our employees or throws a temper tantrum like a child . Customer claim was canceled on our end with the warranty, and place on our do not service list.

    So happy with their service. I called the night before and ***** arrived the next day exactly when expected. Was able to get the furnace up and running within the hour and explained everything to me. Everyone from the phone service to the technician was 5 stars. Very professional. Highly recommend!

    Servicemen were very professional and told me what needed to be done. Had AC running in no time. When needed I will buy AC from Warhold Plumbing Heating and AC.

    Wonderful from start to finish. Nice receptionist/scheduler, text including picture of the person showing up, on time, efficient work, and warranty their work. Highly recommend! Will be using again.

    I have used them since they first opened! Everybody I've ever had is always extremely professional and kind and caring! Walks me through what they're going to do and why, and I really like the personability. They always come in figure out the problem and get the job done quick! I highly recommend anybody who has any HVAC or plumbing issues! They scheduled pretty quick too, sometimes I even get same day appointments.

    Very prompt and professional! I really appreciated the information given to me about my furnace from the serviceman, ****. The price seemed very fair and reasonable. I definitely recommend and I am adding them to my contacts for any future HVAC and plumbing needs.
