    When returning our renter's deposit, K & S Property Management Co. of Irwin, PA deducted 1/3 of that deposit by claiming unsubstantiated and petty charges. Their statement of deductions were made up out of thin air and have no basis in fact. K & S Property Management Co. believes that a renter's deposit is their own little piggy bank to be played with at will. It is my belief that any deposit left with K & S is UNSAFE and at great RISK.

    Mr. **** was made aware of all of the charges and presented with evidence of each of the items. He was also shown the invoice showing that he was actually charged less than what we paid to have the repairs completed. If needed we can provide pictures, his lease document, and invoices showing all evidence. We can also provide the email where he threatened us with bad publicity if we did not refund the full deposit. We treat all of our tenants equally and fairly. The only charges that are applied are ones that the tenant caused.
