    Poor business model. Am retiring from Government Service, sought their expertise in handling my affairs. Wanted to leave by a certain date. Sent them the required paperwork which they said was finished. Told me they would mail it back for my signature and then I could turn it in. That was 10 days ago and counting. Will be almost impossible to make my deadline now. Will have to change plans. Might be lost in transit by mail, but have called repeatedly and texted for days with no reply at all. Incredibly unprofessional. My belief is that they should be investigated for possible theft of knowledge from retirees. I have not given consent to them for any purchases, so I am keeping an eye on my assets since they had my knowledge which would give them info into my accounts, including possible fraud. Otherwise, someone there would return my calls. Thank you.
