      Beware!! I financed my HVAC system with a company that they use called Service finance Company, LLC. Aaa took care of all the paperwork for loan with me In around April 2024.I was told that it was interested free for 18 months by ***** in their office. I plan on paying the loan off soon.However I received a bill from the finance company showing that they applied almost $160 some odd dollars towards a interest pay. I called ***** and she said the finance company was wrong I should not be charged interest until after the 18 month time alloted foe the interest free period. She said she had nothing to do with the loan to call the loan company back.I told her that the loan company told me to call her.She then said they put all their customers with the same plan. And I am the only one complaining. Strange she would now say that to me. Something appears very wrong.

      No idea where these positive reviews came from. I guess advertising in the ***** pincher/clipper magazine and offering a discount (have that on tape from a customer) gets a solid rating...Anyway, here we go:-we bought a home where they had installed an AC system. The system died after 5 years and 40 days. They refused to cover it because the warranty was only 5 years and they don't make exceptions.I asked her about them coming out to at least look and make a determination of how bad it is (2 other companies said the unit bled out and is cooked) so she gives me a date two weeks in the future. 10-2 they will be there. She calls at 2pm to say that they can be here in a little while. We took off work to be able to accommodate the hours they specified and when presented with that she said "well there are emergencies based on the weather". Wtf? It's been like ******************** anything that would facilitate not being able to stick to a 4hr window.This is a company that sold a system that most people have for ***** years, it died in 5years (and 40 days, lest I forget) and they refuse to honor their service. Just like when you see reviews on Amazon and it says incentivized, yelp doesn't require you to post that part. I was cordial, I did all I could to make this an easy fix. Now it's my turn to make things difficult, you'll wind up with a lot more hassle than I ever did.Wait for ******************************************

      Great Service and reasonable pricing. Highly recommend this service to anyone who is in Philadelphia, Bucks or Montgomery County.
