      I took my vehicle to AAMCO in Newnan Georgia and the vehicle was not accelerating and was told I needed a new transmission. After 6 weeks of having the vehicle, the car still didn't run right so I took it back to have it looked at. It was still doing the exact same thing as before. After taking it back they said it was not the trany but the catalytic converter was clogged. Their initial diagnostic about the trany was completely wrong. After $2500 worth of trany work, the car still would not run, this was after the second time at AAMCO and 6 weeks later again. The owner of the AAMCO (GM) gave me some automotive word salad and washed his hands of my situation. I will NEVER take a vehicle to AAMCO again. They don't do proper diagnostic work and could care less about making the customer happy! What do you have to do to get satisfaction from a mechanic anymore, especially a supposed reputable one like AAMCO? Never again!!!

      Stay FAR AWAY from this location. They are unethical and lie about diagnostics. Technician ************************ claimed I needed a transmission rebuilt $3-4k+ Took it elsewhere since NONE of the symptoms he noted were true. My car never made the noises or issues he stated. First red flag I saw on the advisories was the mileage hadnt changed. How was a diagnosis with his detailed notes made without driving it out. There was no oil leak, oil levels were not low and no engine replacement had been made. Took it to a DECENT transmission shop and after a more in depth diagnostic it ended up being a Throttle body issue. Those not savvy in automotive work that is a $400-600 repair. I will let every single person I encounter know about how deceitful and unethical your establishment is. I have already filed a complaint with Corporate and FTC. Although the rotten apple doesn't fall far from the tree.

      They used deceptive practices to get me to bring my car in. I made an appointment on a Tuesday to bring my car in on a Thursday because I was told by the Manager they could have a look at the car. When I brought the car in, the Manager stated that he couldn't look at the car until Friday because they were busy. After questioning why didn't he inform me regarding the drop off schedule, he stated that the Corporate Office tells them to tell all customers to come in regardless. I didn't hear anything from them so I decided to go there the following ************ promised to look at the car that morning. They didn't. I finally got a diagnosis that Wed & was told they needed to order parts. I heard nothing from them so i called on Friday 6/14 only to be told that they haven't went to go pick up the parts. I told them that I will pick up my ******* was told that I couldn't because they have already paid for the parts. So it seems now that they are forcing me to keep my car there.

      After going on a witch hunt to contact somebody about the unjust and unprofessional service that I am being provided at the AAMCO in Baton Rouge 4310 Florida Blvd by Rusty Roux I was to no avail. This franchises issues starts at the very top with their corporation. There is no way that I should not be able to speak to someone and customer service. I have been trying to contact customer service and Rusty for four days. And after seeing the reviews from multiple Aamcos and not only in my city but all over the nation, this is a very shitty company. It doesn’t take much research to see that locations all over the nation are scamming people by not providing the service and charging them full price getting their money and then never remedying the issue that they caused or were paid full price to fix. don’t ever bring your car here. They deserve a fucking F.

      Was completely over charged!! They keep your cars longer than they have to in order to over charge you for labor rates on jobs that the no longer than 3 hrs

      shitty company, corporate is a disgrace, i got a transmission from them back in march of 23, here is is November of 23 and 7, yes 7 transmissions later, still not a working car. I have not once got mad, or hostile, i called lkq which is there parts supplier, and she basically told me you get what you get, the new manager, basically said well what do you expect we are fulling our obligation, with one shitty trans after another. ikq has offer a refund, or a reman and aamco denied both bc it would cost them more money, screw the customer who paid your company to have a working car, now 10 months later still issues. 7 transmissions all bad, i donot under any circumstances recommend in general def not the Wentzville location

      Took my car to Ammco in Broomall PA, it was the worst experience I have ever had dealing with a vehicle establishment. They had my car for 3 weeks, and did absolutely nothing to find out what the cause of my issues were. Every time I called, the receptionist, or the owner could offer any information. They took and put my car in their extra lot, and left it there. Personally, I am offering no stars, but I'm forced to do so, they shouldn't even be in business.
