    The customer service rep that answered kind of chuckles when he tells me this, this is not on the website nor on the tickets. He told me all sales were final, he also told me to GIVE my tickets to someone else? Who does that? I told him we were to be left stranded, that our situation was bitter & we had no way nor a way out of Sandcastle. He did not care, I was not able to finish what I had to say, he cut me off and said "yeah anyway unfortunately we can't do anything about that. Have a good day." But I didn't want to hear someone being rude for something that isn't in my control so I hung up. It may not be a lot of money to anyone else but my autistic child was so excited to go and I had to crush their dreams already. Now I'm not even able to have that money back to do something else fun with my kid, a total waste and holding your money hostage plus telling them to just hand over your money to someone else is appalling!?
