    I have so much respect for anyone who works in this industry, as my father did when he was alive. That being said, I wanted to support a local business when searching for a company for trash removal. We used their services for a few years. We were recently dropped without reason, as customers. We called, but our call was not returned. When I would have interaction with the younger woman(M) that typically answers the phone, I was always made to feel that my business wasn't wanted. When I was contacted by her with any kind of issue, I was always flexible with the solution and again, made to feel like my business was a burden. Our home security system captured and recorded many unprofessional things being said during pickups, but we stuck with them. I can't speak on their other services, but I would not recommend them for trash removal. When we started up with another local business, they were so kind and professional we were actually taken back, as that's not what we had been used to with Wertz.
