  I purchased 2 packages of their pull and peel twizzlers from the local Market Basket. Upon opening them, I found the product to be physically damaged. They looked to be possibly chewed up by something. Also the items were pretty hard, these products normally have a soft texture. I then contacted Hershey's customer support. They did reply to me in a fairly reasonable amount of time. After explaining the situation, they offered to send me coupons to pay for what I had spent. I was satisfied with this , although to be honest at that point I was wondering why they didn't try to go above and beyond to satisfy the customer. I received mail from them about a week later, upon opening the letter, I found half of what they had said they were going to send. At this point I was starting to get upset. I then tried to contact their support department again about what had happened and they have been ignoring me. My final thoughts are this. They are a huge company, some products are bound to get damaged somewhere from their production to retail. That is understandable. But, in my experiences, as far as customer service goes, you go above and beyond for your customer. This most definitely did not happen. They did the bare minimum to satisfy me, and even then , they did not follow through with their promise. After not following through , they then chose to ignore my complaint. In the grand scheme of things , they are a huge company. They have enough customers, they don't mind losing a few along the way.

  Don't get season passes, it automatically renews. The problem is when you cancel the auto renewal it still takes money. Call and they say they can't refund the money that was taken out. So you would think it would be canceled, nope they charge you again the next month and you call again and they say they can't refund it it again. So I'm out $144. now even though I canceled. Never will go to Hershey Park ever again.

  I am totally and completely enamored with One Brands and their protein bars. Upon having a gastric sleeve procedure I needed to eat protein bars that offered little sugar and lots of protein. This was one of only a very few bars that I would not bring back up after eating. They also offered many flavors to stop boredom. Smores, Cookies and Cream and the limited Butter Pecan are favorites. When I had a challenge or two with bars and reached out for contact thru their website, I received reply and help. They always exceeded expectation. I guess some could suggest some ingredients could be better or updated, and hopefully the company will continue to innovate.
