    I purchased tickets with a coupon on 6/26. The coupon was expiring on 6/30 and after purchasing my tickets, the tickets themselves also expire on 6/30. I emailed right away to fix this and never got an email reply back. I sent several emails. I called three times and on the third attempt I told someone what happened and asked if I could get a refund for the correct ticket date and they said no refunds or extension. I literally want to buy tickets just bought the wrong ticket and they were NO help at all. Terrible customer service.

    I purchased a King sized season pass on 4/30/2023. I was charged, however I never received any acknowledgement of my pass. My account did not reflect a season pass either. I called to get access to my pass and was told that they could not see that I paid (after waiting 1.5 hours for help). I sent proof in an email to guest relations and heard nothing for 7 business days after I emailed again. My information was sent over the finance department and again I waited 7 business days. I called again today and was told by customer service and the manager in the call center that they could refund my money and that is all. They could not issue my pass or allow me to buy the pass at the price that initially paid. Terrible customer service.
