    The two techs that were at my home quickly diagnosed my problem and replaced my thermostat. At my request they also replaced my other thermostat which needed to be changed. They were personable and the place was spotless when they left. This is the second time we used the company and we will continue to in the future.

    We have called **** a few times in the last five years. Once to check out and recharge our 35 year old AC. Once to inspect our old gas furnace for insurance purposes. Finally, our old AC failed permanently. We decided to replace the furnace and AC. **** gave us three different choices - each fully explained. **** replaced the units. We are very happy with the neat work. Also, **** will answer a text or phone message within a few hours and provide the service the same or next day.We recommend him highly.

    Carl is a great guy and very professional. When we need it somebody last winter he was the only one that would come and help us with our situation and answered the phone on a Friday night.
