    The most rude business tactic I have ever been forced to work with. Rude person ever. 42 hangups until I finally understood his speeking about his 45 years of business. Hard to believe they have existed that long with such rude people. Unable to hold a civil conversation or answer even a simple question. But I am sure he wants paid for what ever reason the car is there at all. For better results never deal with them. Always have a police person with you when you deal in person. If zero was an option that would be my rate.

    They are SUPER RUDE. They answer the phone like your bothering them about YOUR CAR. They have NASTY attitudes. They constantly belittle you. Two other tow companies I called about my car warned me before calling that they are VERY RUDE!! NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHATSOEVER!!!!!Gave me the HARDEST Time and I STILL don’t know where my car is!!! They won’t even CONFIRM OR DENY whether it was towed. Basically telling me they don’t have a record of tows WHICH I KNOW IS A LIE!! All they say is call the police but when they didn’t answer and I called Dons back they said “idc thats not my problem” and basically hung up in my face

    The predatory, abusive, and intimidating tactics used by the owner is disgusting. I spoke with the manager of rent a car enterprise who had to help me get my rental car back from this business after it was towed from my street and then stored at this location while I was out of state for 5 days for graduate school. I had 4 grown men intimidate me when I tried to get paperwork and belongings of mine from the car which were for my work. I had 4 men corner me and scream at me that I could not collect my own clothing and paperwork. I spoke to Harrisburg police dept who stated I should have called for an officer to arrive. I fled with a coworker who was trying to help me after these guys cornered me. I am 5 foot 2 and 120 lbs with 4 obese men screaming at me.
