    I applied for a house. Then was told it was not available. Then they suggested an apartment that was more than the house that I applied for. I submitted 4 types of income and they told me that I could not afford rent for more than $600. Thats ridiculous! They keep trying to force me into a high crime area, small place and thats not what I want. Im a business owner and a community advocate.

    Saw a house to rent that my husband and I were very interested in, it was new to market. We filled out the application to be considered for it $70, $35 ea. only to discover it was already rented. If we had been told propert was already rented we wouldn’t have applied. Furthermore, they would only consider our SS income and not the income from a home sale. Which discriminates against people who have other income. The whole process of paying to submit an application without being told a property is unavailable is a scam.

    They charged me $35 for a rental application then then NEXT DAY denied it because SOMEONE ELSE in my group didn't submit their application. They never said anything about a time limit for other people in the group applying. Ridiculous!
