    Horrible business. Quite possibly the worst. I got a smart start system installed in my car on 5/8. It is 5/30 and my dmv still does not have my required paperwork. And every time I call to get an update they tell me to wait 3-5 business days. So then I wait 5 business days and call back and get the same response. This is exhausting. I paid $300 to get this system installed (my quote was $150-$250 and I was charged $300) and the paperwork was sent to smart start. On 5/8. I’ve been to the dmv four times and each time they say they have the completed paperwork but it wasn’t signed by smart start. So I call just to get their signature and still nothing. Week after week nothing. No update. So I submitted an incident report assuming I wouldn’t have to pay for this month of the system as I’ve never gotten to use it and it’s all because of paperwork missing on smart starts end. It was faxed over to them four times last week alone, let alone previous weeks. So they have the paperwork they just aren’t signing and sending it and I have no idea why. I’ll need to wait 5 more business days to find out, putting me at one month. Today I’m going to call intoxalock and get a quote and will uninstall smart start as I’m getting nowhere. I won’t get my $300 back and I’ll still be charged for this first month with no service provided at all. I’m trying to do the things required of me and I’m receiving no help from the company I paid. I am exhausted and defeated and just so incredibly heartbroken. Worst customer service, worst business, just don’t ever get this system do intoxalock instead.
