    I have used Andy two times in the past & just recently in September 2023 for my 2018 Lexus RX350, he has always done an excellent job & I was completely satisfied. On my referral, a family member Vanessa W. had her 2022 VW Jetta done in or around July 2022 with no problems. Fast forward to December25, 2022 Vanessa got her step daughter Kendyl W. & her son-in-law Matt W. gift cards for Andy @ Accentz to do the install the tinted windows on both of their cars. They made appointments in early January and Andy himself did both of their cars. When you make an appointment with Accentz, you go there and wait until your car is done and you leave with a finished product, he always tells his customers, if there are some air bubbles you can still see, give it some time and they will disappear. Kendyl & Matt's cars both had some air bubbles that never disappeared and they tried to contact Andy in late January or early Feb. 2023 to have Andy redo the windows that had the air bubbles, Kenny & Vanessa both tried to call Andy & left voice messages many times with no response. Vanessa had eventually ask me if I could contact Andy, so I did make a phone call on a Saturday morning in February 2023 and Andy's wife answered the phone, and she told me Andy was in the hospital & Andy did confirm with me that he's was in the hospital for 30 days.. Fast forward to Sept 16, 2018 I Jeff Boone took my 2018 Lexus RX 350 to Accentz to have my two from windows tinted, after Andy was finished. I told him we need to resolve an issue with Kendyl & Matt's cars. I made the phone call to Kendyl with Andy standing next to me and he gave her an appointment for Oct 16th I believe, In the end, Andy lied to Kendyl & Matt & never intended to resolve the issue. You made Kendyl feel so bad, she never wants to speak to you again. Yes Andy, this is Jeff Boone writing this review, I had to shorten my response but now to resolve this issue, you have to deal with me. You can call me or I can come to your shop.
