"Well other than the terrible work that has been done with flashing thats isnt up to code on the patio on our house, the bad finish to it so you can see UNDER the patio and all the gravel. The anchors for the 6x6 for the deck were not level so all the 6x6 have terrible bows in them, the ledger board wasnt flashed, missing nails all throughout the joist hangers, illegal screws were used that werent rated for the joist hangers The rubber roofing that was installed has started falling apart, an entire joist hanger is MISSING, one of the deck boards wasnt even screwed down." ... "Working with this company has been an incredibly disappointing experience. After paying a substantial deposit in July 2024, we experienced:Major project delays with work not starting until late OctoberThree different project managers with poor communicationA partially completed patio in November that now has a 152-inch crackA deck replacement that was never startedConstruction debris left scattered throughout our yardMultiple broken promises and missed deadlinesComplete silence from the company since NovemberWe had to involve the PA Attorney General's office to seek resolution." ...
