    This was the worst tax season ever because of Blandas tax service. We did not receive our taxes until Oct 12. The extension she filed for ended on Oct. 16. She was not even there to answer any questions if we had any. We had called her numerous times about our taxes and never received any response from her. Then I call and get the message that she was on a trip to Europe with her daughter. Now I am dealing with a penalty and interest with the *** because of her negligence. I tried to call to find out about this penalty and of course I received no response. I have never filed an extension or have ever been late with my taxes in my lifetime until this year. She should have finished the taxes before she went on her trip. She excepted the taxes then she should of had them done on time. I will never go back there and I will let anyone know what I am dealing with and the stress that she has caused me and my husband. I dont want to give her a star because she does not deserve one but I have to give one to leave my warning to others that need their taxes done!

    I had made my clients aware of the circumstances concerning the extensions for this year and they had a chance to pick them up if they did not want an extension. This information was left on my answering machine so anyone who called would know. As for any penalties or interest I had told my clients to contact me if they received any and I would file appeals on their behalf
