  I've read some negative reviews about College Hunks (I prefer to call them College Gentlemen out of respect). This is a well-deserved positive review. **** and **** arrived right on time. **** called me about a half hour prior to arriving which I appreciated. Both gentlemen protected my furniture the same way that I would. They were respectful, courteous, and stayed focused. I don't know how they worked non-stop 5.75 hours moving my furniture and many boxes. They wasted no time. They loaded the truck as quickly as they could, yet were very careful with my furniture. They worked so hard.They actually went out of their way to help me finish moving the last items which is usually the most difficult and tiring phase. I would highly recommend them. Should I ever need movers again, I will request **** and ****. No, they do not use tobacco products. Both are Christians and that was evident. I've never had fun moving before, but I did that day. I would highly recommend **** and ****. It was a pleasant experience.

  This experience was a cash scam. They selling team treats you like actual royalty makes you believe things that are not possible. I got scheduled with this franchise. This is one of those jobs where if your good at your job your going to get screwed. If ***** Charles has 10 great guys well she isnt going to send 3 good guys your going to get one good hunk and two losers. She does that so she can charge you and charge you and charge you. *************** was walking around like he wanted to kill himself. He couldnt even take any instructions. His name was *********************. Then these kids broke my glass coffee because they could not follow instructions and hated their life. It got all over my front porch right where you needed to move things in. Progress had to stop for someone to clean it up it was unsafe to staff and residents. So my mom and I cleaned it up even though ***** Charles kept seeing dollar signs in her eyes tried to argue with me about the facts that I was telling her. Its not about the money of the table its about the time I had spent to clean it up and still am cleaning up glass a week later. I had a number from a ***************************** that I had reached out to wondering where my claim is because someone will contact you within 24 hours. Well no one ever did I had to reach out and when this ***************************** was questions she said I just work here but she is the claims manager this ***** Charles is scamming people for money hiring clueless drug addicts to preform jobs that she knows will not be done right and she censors bad reviews on her website deceiving others like me and my family. She turned what should have been one of the happiest days of my life into a horror movie. Yet she lays her head down at night with no remorse for anyone. Once they credit card is on her file she doesnt care about you. I didnt even get an itemized bill. These guys went very slow on purpose and over charged me and no one will take phone calls to explain anything to me

  They caused considerable damage to walls and furniture. I completed a form and they said that they would have someone come out to complete repairs. I called multiple times, but only was able to connect with the "Director of Operations" once. She was rude and somewhat short as I asked to speak with the owner to convey my complaint. She said that I needed to speak with her and if I sent in or called in complaints, they would only go to her (and not the owner). I called several times and calls were not returned. My move was down the street in my neighborhood 1.5 blocks. The price almost doubled from what was origially quoted to me. The movers spent entirely too much time taping up and shrink wrapping the furniture as opposed to actually moving. Plus, they spent time playing on their phones when they should have been working. 90 days have passed and they still have made no effort to take care of repairs or issue a credit. I would never, ever recommend this company.
