    Professional, Punctual, Knowledgeable, Courteous, these are words I would use to describe May Heating & Air Conditioning. I had a furnace that was about 38 years old and an air conditioner about 30 years old. I knew it was time to replace both and had no idea what was available or what I really needed. I did some research and quickly came to the realization that I needed to find an honest reliable company that had a proven track record. Needless to say May Heating came to the rescue. From the first phone call I placed to the ending of the installation, ************ was nothing but Professional, Punctual, Knowledgeable, and Courteous. They came to the house, check the size and the rooms, ask some questions and gave a simple yet accurate estimation of what I needed and the time frame involved. In no time at all I was emailed a proposal with different options showing what was available, pricing, and any rebates /tax credits involved. They did make recommendations, which I appreciated, but it was clear it was my decision on what equipment would be installed.I guess the best recommendation I can give is that the wife is very pleased with the entire process from beginning to the end. ***

    So, I am very grateful and understanding how the tech, ****, who came out to my home I know nothing about AC units and he came out and schooled me very quickly about dogs and their ability to jossle wires loose. So, all the expensive and messy scenarios I came up with got summed up to two loose wires. I felt horrible but he was very kind and relayed it happens more times than I would think . Thanks again, ****!
