    I have used this company for over 8 years and have recently had a 5 thousand dollar pool liner replaced in my in-ground pool. I have made 22 attempts at emailing, text messaging and voice mailing the company regarding the stains in my pool liner. The pool liner was installed using dimes to hold it in place at the edges. Once I finally reached the owner of the Company Stephanie who it the Mother of our Contact, Mike L*****, she advised it was my responsibility to come to their store to purchase stain removal products to eliminate the problem. I am completely dissatisfied with their customer service and was told that its pool season and to expect it. I will no longer use them to open or close our pool as they have been rude and completely unresponsive to a long term paying customer. I have pictures and texts to prove my above statements should they be needed. TERRIBLE customer service. If there was less than one star, I would give that.
