I have been on Nutrisystem on and off for years, never had a problem, except when you try to cancel, but that is a whole nother story. April 6th I bought 4 months auto delivery. The first month came on time as usual, with in 2 days BUT the 2nd month was to be filled May 7th, I received the email that it was being filled on May 7th,,,, But it has yet to be shipped. Now it is May 12th and still no shipment. I called and that was a joke she said it could take up to a week before it ships. So I have two more meals to last me to continue on the program, It will s**** up my plan.. All the customer service *** did was double talk, how much weight have you lost OH< thats great, its working for you. Well when you run out of meals call the coach to get advice... I dont want the coaches advice, I have been on this enough years to know what to do. I want my order sent in a a timely manner so I dont run out of meals and can continue on the program. I have never had this happen to me in all the years I have been with Nutrisytem. They were always shipped out promptly. I dont know what has changed but I wont deal with them again.Nutrisystem, Inc.

I am not going back and forth about this, I delayed it because I didnt start it right away... I waited a week to start it. Then when I finally got it they shorted me one of my dinners. Trying to get ahold of someone was almost impossible. Once I am done with the 4 months I will NEVER do business with Nutrisystem again. It is all double talkReview fromAmanda Z

This company is a scam. I cancelled my order online and then they stated that I needed to call. They would not cancel my subscription and then stated becuase it was in processing I could not get a refund. The supervisor was rude and this company is awful. Do not sign up for nutrisystem! It is worse than a Ponzi scheme - contacting someone that speaks English is impossible, cancelling is near impossible, and they keep billing you even if you tell them you dont want it anymore!Nutrisystem, Inc.

Had to talk to 3 people before they would finally cancel my plan. Just kept asking me personal questions. I told them it's not their business why I wanted to cancel, but they didn't like that answer. I had to yell at them to get them to listen to me. It shouldn't be so difficult. I've used them before, but don't think I ever will again.Nutrisystem, Inc.

The customer service is terrible. They suggested buying 2 months of program. Cheaper yes but said could be cancelled any time not true. Prepaid plans cannot be cancelled until 2nd order delivered. They assured me about saying I would call my legal counsel they would cancel, and someone would get in touch with me. Someone did on 2-23-25 representing them but was a fraud company ****** they are on a fraud list with my bank. The food they are sending has nuts and is tomatoes base which I cannot have. I have used this program before and was satisfied, decided to again. They have updated their website to the point there is so much information, it is very difficult to be sure you are ordering what was intended. I supposedly got a "deal" and was under the impression I was ordering food that would get me through a total of 4 5 day weeks. I had food for 14 days with another order scheduled to come on auto delivery end of same month. I clearly understood that I could not cancel my first delivery which I received. I called to cancel the service and was held hostage one the phone by an operator following a script and tell me is was "mandatory" that I answer survey questions despite my telling her I had responded to a survey on line. She also tried to get me to take the next order at a reduced price which I refused. She then told me that they would charge me a $125 cancellation fee which I had not seen on line. However, I had done a little research and saw where others were complaining of this happening to them. I managed to get this subscription cancelled and FINALLY found an option to take my credit card off the site. Do not deal with this company....they are simply after your money.Review fromKathleen B

I had previously used NutriSystem to manage my weight and most importantly my pre-diabetic state. I just ordered their prepared meals and snacks and was very disappointed to read the labels and found sugar content of 6-12 grams of sugar. This is too high for a pre-diabetic state and very unhealthy for me. While calories might be controlled - the sugar content is NOT healthy for anyone.Review fromChristopher R

I was charged $359.00 and it was an impulse buy. I changed my mind about wanting it so I got their customer service cancellation number and called it so I canceled it but they arent gonna refund my money when I havent even revised anything. In November-December 2023, Nutrisystem sent an extremely bad and dangerous batch of food. The pizza and garlic bread boxes have stones in them. It actually chipped my tooth and I had to go to a dentist. Their timings for customer representatives is EST so people in a different time zone cannot get through them. They have a chat system, the agent said that he cannot do anything about it, best to email them. When I emailed them, they said call the number and they will surely help. They kept me in a loop like that for a year. From chat-email-phone and back to chat-email-phone. Then they said it's been 1 year and we cannot provide refund. I said there was no need to waste time, I only wanted to exchange the bad batch. Then they said call again. I took time off my work to call them. Now they say you can order again as they cannot do anything about bad food, even if it broke my tooth and caused you medical issues. They lie and provide bad food. There needs to be a class action against the quality of their food and bad business practice. I didn't even ask for money. Just to replace the bad food. But now I realize that they took advantage of my kindness and patience and they need to compensate me for the bad food and for my dental expenses.Review fromCarmelo O

They sell you a plan and a system but then break it by not sending your order on time,had to wait a whole month to get my second order and its on automated!!! When you call all they do is tell you they are going to reship your order so they make you wait more time, dont expect to get your money back because they dont do refunds even tho you are unhappy with the whole situation. Dont buy.
