    This company has the worst customer service EVER! I paid 1K last year to be able to list on Amazon, ************, and ******** Marketplace. ''Amazon NEVER worked. ******** Marketplace would not connect during xmas season and their responses were- less than helpful.     We are sorry to hear that you have encountered such difficulty using our service.  Please be aware that as a result of various changes at ******** there have been some difficulties with the ******** integration in some cases which we are attempting to work out with ********, which may take some time.  If you are seeing specific errors regarding listing there either in Auctiva or ********, please let us know the details so we can investigate for you.

    The integration with Amazon appears to be operating normally and we are unaware of any issues with communications with linked Amazon accounts, but you must have a professional level selling account on Amazon to use it.  Please also note that our service does not allow the creation of ****s, so if you do not have an item that is an exact match for an item already in the Amazon catalog, you would need to go through the **** creation process in Amazon prior to being able to list to Amazon via our service.

    If you are unable to post to a professional level selling account on Amazon and the related account messages in your account are unclear or unavailable, please feel free to file a support case letting us the the product titles involved and any questions you have so we can look into it for you.
