    I was happy when **** delivered The Daily Local News but since this new guy took over in 2023, I am really frustrated! My son was paying the bill, but was having a problem with late payments! No one from The Daily Local News called me to tell me the payments were late, so, they kept stacking on the payments until my son put it on my ***** The balance was zero until he put the paper on it! The balance was $873 for The Daily Local News! I made payments on my **** and I told my son to cancel the paper but they said we were paid up until December! But I have been getting two of the same paper everyday! Am I paying for two papers? I don't want two papers!! I really don't want any papers! I think I should just get a refund since **** paid the bill! What do you think? And why didn't The Daily Local News call me to let me know about the late payments months ago? My son no longer lives with me since he moved out in December! And I have sent numerous emails since 2023 to the Daily Local News! Some were answered, some were not! I am just NOT happy with The Daily Local News!, Thank you

    We stopped receiving the *********** paper. After multiple attempts to call and ask for refund or extension in service -we were told there was nothing they could do. I asked to talk to supervisor multiple times and supervisor never called me. Then I was told they will only email me back if I email them. I've emailed them 4x and still no response. Was also charged double the amount I should be paying and I was told they have a glitch in their computer system that randomly applies extra charges and increases to your account. DO NOT EVERY BUY THIS NEWSPAPER. Their delivery services is non-existant and their customer service is deplorable. each time we miss a newspaper - we call and complain and ask for the paper - we are told they will just add on another day to the end of our service deadline. Well - that never happens. they also miss the point that we pay for the Sunday paper for a reason - coupons and the large SSunday edition. We don't get that back when they just add a day to the end of our service.

    My 95-year old father was transferred from assisted living to skilled nursing. I changed his address with the Daily Local News. Delivery did not start when they promised. After delivery started, he did not receive many papers. Here is a summary of delivery and contacts. June 25th: I changed addresses and was informed delivery would begin at the current address on June 29th. June 28th: last paper at old address June 29th: no delivery June 30th: no delivery July 1st: no delivery, call #3 at 9:30 am, 4 minutes July 2nd: no delivery July 3rd: no delivery, call #4 at 8 am, 8 minutes and call #5 at 9 am, 7 minutes July 4th: no delivery July 5th: no delivery, call#6 at 12 noon, 5 minutes July 6th: no delivery July 7th: no delivery, call #7 at 9:30 am, 27 minutes, e-mailed circulation manager, no response July 8th: no delivery July 9th: no delivery July 10th: no delivery, call #8 at 6am, 15 minutes, this is the only competent person I've spoken with July 11th: first paper at new address July 12th: second paper July 13th: third paper July 14th: fourth paper July 15th: no delivery July 16th: no delivery July 17th: no delivery, call #9 at 7am, 9 minutes July 18th: no delivery July 19th: no delivery July 20th: fifth and sixth paper Each time I called I was assured I'd receive credit. Instead, they charged me another $308.75 on July 28th which I have not yet managed to get back. I should have received papers through August 7th without further charge. They issued a partial refund and a month later told me that was final. The credits I was promised were not issued. Brian O******* in charge of circulation will not give me any other contact information. He claims papers may have been delivered but the facility didn't pick them up. I worked with him and sent him delivery directions from the facility. I have been e-mailing him for months and he is telling me they can't send me a statement of my account. I have cancelled the subscription but they still owe me money.

    I subscribed to the Daily Local News on December 10 and never received one publication. I have phoned them on several occasions and rhe representatives I spoke with stated that they would have a paper delivered. When I called on January 9 I requested a refund since I have never received any news paper. The representative stated that they don't give refunds. I gave the gentleman a few encouraging words and ended the conversation. I then called my charged credit card and they issued me a refund. Never do business with this poor excuse of a failed copy and paste publication.

    This business gets minus stars. They care nothing about customer service. It is impossible to talk with an actual person at their Exton location. Their service representatives are in Arizona and do not know the actual name of anyone in management a position

    I paid for Sunday Delivery in April and have not yet received ONE newspaper. I have called the Local several times and they said they would deliver (NOT). They won't return my money, $70.00 , its against their rules to refund money, even if I never received the product. This is robbery!! Kitty C*******
