    Scam. The presentation showed extremely deep discounts however when we attempted to use them, their prices were no better than what you can book yourself. Don't fall for it.

    We are genuinely sorry to hear that you didn't find value in your club membership. Your feedback is incredibly important to us and we're committed to making improvements based on your experience. If you have any specific suggestions on how we can enhance our offering to better meet your needs, please don't hesitate to share. If you call our membership services number provided on your contract, we will gladly provide additional website training. During the initial training it should have been explained that many retailers do not allow us to publish deeply discounted rates online so you must always call the travel concierge for membership pricing. The deepest discounts are curated weekly and sent directly to your inbox for ease of booking. For example this week's newsletter highlighted condos in *******, **************, and ******** that sleep up to 8 people starting as low as $699 for 7 nights! This is not a "scam", it is a way to make your travel dollars stretch further than ever before. Add the fact that you can add up to 4 other family members to your platinum lifetime membership and there is real value behind a travel club membership.

    The Sales Representative Jay Rogers on November 8, 2023 mislead this company as being superior in providing us in discount prices on air, rental, hotels, cruises and etc through their company with knowledgeable and professional representatives to assistance you just by phoning this one toll free number. I made teo important travel calls and had to each time identify myself and went through 3 (three) representatives......very frustrating in having to answer the same identifying questions (not what I had bargin for). Then they were not professional, not knowledgeable and sold me stuff I would never had booked on my own; such as a hotel room that wasn't a suite accomdations. I even asked the representative booking this and I should have known when she asked me...."what's a suite?" I was doom! Then not being told that I was purchasing really purchasing a product associated with Expedia whom I have very bad distain encounters with and would not ever spend my money there. This was not my expectations when I agreed to this membership and are asking for a full refund of $3,995.00 which I have sent a email today (January 8, 2024), and a letter as well in writting.

    Dear Mrs. C*******, We are writing in response to your recent complaint filed with the Better Business Bureau regarding your experience with our sales representative, and your belief that you were misled and we are somehow selling Expedia.com products. First and foremost, I want to extend my sincerest apologies for the inconvenience and frustration you experienced during your interactions with our travel concierge service. Both our company and our fulfillment company take customer satisfaction very seriously. Upon investigating your complaint, we have no records of you trying to contact us by phone, email, or through our website to make us aware of these issues before going to the BBB. We did just receive your certified letter dated 12/12/23 on Friday 2/16/24 and have requested the recordings from your interactions with the travel concierge department, so we can take immediate steps to offer additional training to anyone who was not a consummate professional during your interactions. It is never our intention to mislead or disappoint our valued customers and we deeply regret any confusion. Our records indicate that you purchased your membership on December 8, 2023, although we are unsure where you received the information that there is any involvement with Expedia. We are not now, nor have we ever been associated with Expedia.com and we did not purchase Expedia for $1.2 Billion dollars as you stated in your written correspondence. We value your feedback and are committed to continual improvement.
