    These people tell you anything. Still waiting for a unit that was supposed to be at. my house this morning and installed once the guys finished the duct work. Meanwhile my husband and I paid cash in full and now it appears that we are getting the run around. I totally depise when people say they can do something but really can't but they want the money and a sale. I'm over it , want my money back or compensation for the inconvenience. My husband has been stuck in the house all day for two days because of these people!!??

    Dear ******, I am so sorry about the delay on your installation. The delay was on our supplier end and unfortunately, we are at their mercy.We are actively talking with our supplier to make sure this doesn't happen again.I do appreciate your understanding regarding the one-day delay on your installation.

    WE HAVE USED H&H FOR YEARS, AND HAVE BEEN VERY SATISFIED WITH THEIR PROMPT RESPONSES TO ANY PROBLEM WITH OUR HEATING & AIRCONDITIONING UNITS. THE SERVICEMEN WHO HAVE COME TO THE HOUSE HAVE ALWAYS BEEN POLITE & RESPECTFUL. MOREOVER, THEY HAVE CARRIED OUT REPAIRS WHILE RUNNING AN OBSTACLE COURSE OF 3 VERY BIG DOGS, LOL, INCLUDING ONE WHO KEPT TRYING TO GET A RIDE IN THEIR TRUCK EVERY TIME THEY OPENED THE TRUCK'S DOORS! GUS, THAT DOG, GIVES THEM A 10-STAR RATING!!

    Charging over $500 ($114.95 diagnosis fee + $388) to a senior with health issues during a heatwave to replace a capacitor, a charge that averages $170, is the textbook definition highway robbery, price gouging and a ripoff. An owner who refuses to speak on the record, while all of their calls are recorded, speaks volumes.

    Nick & Nick were very friendly courteous men who did a great job. They came out during heatwave when our old unit went and gave us a new one within 2 days. Thanks guys!!
